How The Process Works.
1. Initial Consultation
We will set up an appointment with you to go over the scope and complexity of your project and discuss the goals, budget, and concerns for your property in order to establish landscape program elements for the ensuing design. The most important part of this meeting is to carefully listen to all of your needs and wishes for the property.
2. Site Analysis & Preliminary Research.
We will then conduct a site analysis and obtain pertinent code information as necessary. The site analysis is a very important step in the design process and will help identify sun and wind patterns, topography, problem areas and existing site conditions.
3. Schematic & Conceptual Plans
This aspect of a successful landscape design plan keeps the client involved in the process. With this conceptual design plan step, you will input in shaping your landscape design. We will offer you different solutions for your property and continue to talk about budget. We gladly accept any input you might have.
4. Final Landscape Plan
The final plan will be a full concept and construction plan. We will go over the final details from materials to aesthetics. From this plan, a construction estimate will be submitted for your review. 5. Construction & Installation
Our team of experts can handle your job, whether it's masonry project or putting the finishing touches on landscaping. We work with many types of materials such as Cambridge Paver, Nicolock pavers, Techo-Bloc pavers, and natural stones including bluestone, limestone, travertine, sandstone, and granite. Owner will be on site supervising crew members and to answer any questions you have throughout the project. Our landscape team will finish the job installing the plants in proper soil conditions using techniques allowing your plants to prosper and last a lifetime. We continue to build relationships by offering landscape maintenance to take care of our installations.
